Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Starrality Network ("the Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Definitions

• "Client" refers to users who hire freelancers through the Platform
• "Freelancer" or "Talent" refers to users who offer services through the Platform
• "Project" refers to any work agreement between a Client and a Freelancer facilitated through the Platform
• "Platform Fee" refers to the commission charged by Starrality Network on completed transactions

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

4. Platform Fees and Payments

4.1 Platform Commission

Starrality Network charges a platform fee of 15% on all completed transactions. This fee is automatically deducted from the project total before payout to the Freelancer.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. By using our Service, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4.3 Escrow System

Funds for projects are held in escrow until milestones are completed and approved by the Client. Upon approval, funds are released to the Freelancer minus the platform fee.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees by conducting transactions outside the Platform
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security

6. Verification System

Starrality Network offers a 3-Tier Verification System:

• Tier 1 (Basic): Email and phone verification
• Tier 2 (Identity): Government-issued ID verification via Stripe Identity
• Tier 3 (Payment): Payment method verification

While we strive to verify users, Starrality Network does not guarantee the accuracy of user information and is not responsible for any misrepresentation by users.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between Client and Freelancer, we encourage users to resolve the matter directly. Starrality Network may, at its discretion, provide mediation services but is not obligated to intervene in disputes.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in work product created by Freelancers shall transfer to the Client upon full payment. Freelancers may retain the right to display completed work in their portfolio.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starrality Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
