Privacy Policy
Our Approach
Your information should be handled with clarity and care.
Starrality brings together services, specialists, access and opportunities around individual requests. We collect information to understand those requests, deliver our services, operate our business and improve the experience—not simply because information is available.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by PARA VITAE INC., doing business as Starrality Network (“Starrality,” “we,” “us” or “our”), through starralitynetwork.com and other pages or forms that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). It also applies when you contact us, request a service, make a purchase, submit a partnership or career inquiry, subscribe to communications, or join the Starrality application waitlist.
This Policy does not govern a third party’s independent privacy practices, even when its website, product, service or profile is linked from our Services. A separately published privacy notice may apply to a future Starrality application or another offering where different data practices are involved.

Information you provide
- Identity and contact information, including your name, email address, telephone number, location, account information and communication preferences.
- Request and service information, including your goals, preferences, timing, budget, measurements, travel or event details, professional background, product specifications, images, files and other information needed to understand or coordinate a request.
- Transaction information, including order, billing, payment status, refund and purchase details. Payment card information is generally processed by our payment providers rather than stored directly by Starrality.
- Communications, including messages, consultations, feedback, support inquiries and correspondence with our team.
- Professional and business information, including company, role, portfolio, website, experience, partnership proposal, supplier capabilities or employment-interest information.
- Marketing and waitlist information, including your email, interests and consent choices when you subscribe or join a launch waitlist.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and providers acting for us may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, links selected, referring pages, session activity and cookie or similar technology identifiers.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from Shopify, payment and fraud-prevention providers, social platforms when you interact with our pages, analytics and marketing providers, business partners, suppliers, specialists, publicly available sources, referral sources and other people involved in a request.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical records or other highly sensitive information unless Starrality specifically requests it through an appropriate method and it is necessary for the service.
How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- receive, review and respond to requests, inquiries, applications and proposals;
- provide, personalize, coordinate and support services;
- identify and communicate with appropriate specialists, suppliers, venues, partners or other providers in connection with a request;
- process orders, invoices, payments, refunds and related records;
- create and maintain accounts, preferences and customer records;
- send service updates and, where permitted, news, launch information or marketing communications;

- enforce our terms, protect rights and resolve disputes; and
- comply with legal, accounting, tax and regulatory obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform a contract or take steps at your request, based on our legitimate interests, with your consent, or to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Where required, we use recognized safeguards or other lawful mechanisms for international transfers.
Children
The Services covered by this Policy are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without legally required authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this Policy, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
People under the age of legal majority should use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
Your Choices & Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of or a portable copy of personal information; obtain information about collection and disclosure; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling. You may also have the right to appeal a decision on a request and to receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, email privacy@starralitynetwork.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity confirmation.
If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and stating “Privacy Appeal,” where an appeal right applies. You may also contact the relevant privacy or data-protection regulator in your jurisdiction.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services, practices or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
