Before You Begin
Everything Starts With A Request.
Once we understand your goals, timeline, preferences, location, and budget, Starrality begins reviewing the request and coordinating the appropriate specialists, partners, suppliers, or resources.
Because every request is different, final pricing, availability, timing, and third-party costs may vary. Any personalized proposal or quote is presented for approval before additional work begins.

Our Sourcing Guarantee
If We Cannot Find A Suitable Option, We Refund The Request Fee.
When a request depends on Starrality locating a suitable item, product, luxury vehicle, specialist, coach, supplier, manufacturer, service provider, experience, or other requested solution, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to identify an option that reasonably matches the information you provided.
When A Refund Applies
No Suitable Option Was Found.
A full refund of the applicable Starrality request or sourcing fee may be issued when, after completing our reasonable search process, we determine that:
- No suitable requested item or product can be located.
- No suitable luxury vehicle or transportation provider can be sourced.
- No appropriate specialist, coach, stylist, supplier, manufacturer, or service provider can be identified.
- The request cannot reasonably be fulfilled based on the stated requirements, timing, location, or budget.
The refund applies only to the applicable fee paid directly to Starrality for that request.
When A Refund Does Not Apply
The Work Was Completed.
The Starrality fee is considered earned and non-refundable when:
- Suitable options, quotes, recommendations, suppliers, vehicles, specialists, or providers were presented.
- Research, outreach, matching, coordination, planning, negotiation, or proposal preparation was completed.
- The client changes their mind, declines available options, does not proceed, or fails to respond.
- The request changes materially after work begins.
- The client does not provide required information, approvals, documents, or timely responses.
Rush and priority fees are also non-refundable once expedited work has started.

Luxury Transportation & Travel
Luxury and exotic vehicle sourcing, chauffeur services, airport transportation, event vehicles, travel planning, and destination coordination.
Product & Global Sourcing
Luxury goods, consumer products, suppliers, manufacturers, bulk orders, negotiations, samples, purchasing support, and vendor outreach.
Creator Ventures & Business
Brand launches, strategy, manufacturing, packaging, websites, apps, business formation support, launch planning, and operational coordination.
Technology & Development
Websites, Shopify, native apps, consumer apps, custom software, automation, UI/UX, maintenance, and related project work.
Marketing, Media & PR
Brand strategy, content, social media, campaigns, publicity support, creator partnerships, media materials, and outreach coordination.
Entertainment & Coaching
Acting, singing, dance, film, music, performance, artist development, mentor matching, and entertainment-industry support.

Independent Providers
Some Services Depend On Businesses We Do Not Control.
Starrality may coordinate with independent stylists, coaches, developers, designers, suppliers, manufacturers, vehicle providers, airlines, hotels, event organizers, photographers, agencies, consultants, contractors, and other third parties.
Their availability, pricing, deposits, cancellation terms, delivery schedules, warranties, licensing requirements, and refund policies remain subject to their own terms. Starrality cannot guarantee or override a third party’s policies once a booking, order, deposit, or agreement has been confirmed.
Unless expressly stated in writing, third-party charges are separate from fees paid directly to Starrality.
Service Expectations
We Promise The Quality Of The Process—Not An Impossible Outcome.
Every request receives thoughtful review, professional coordination, and personalized attention. Results may still depend on availability, market conditions, client participation, third-party decisions, and other factors outside Starrality’s control.
Quotes & Availability
Quotes remain subject to confirmation. Availability, pricing, market conditions, shipping, travel, and timing may change before a booking or order is finalized.
Rush Requests
Rush fees prioritize our work and outreach but do not guarantee inventory, provider responses, approvals, delivery dates, or successful completion.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely responses, required documentation, approvals, and payment when due.
Technology & Creative Work
Timelines are estimates. Scope changes, revisions, approvals, content delays, platform reviews, or new requirements may affect cost and delivery.
No Guaranteed Results
Career, business, media, coaching, marketing, technology, and venture outcomes depend on many factors. Starrality does not guarantee revenue, publicity, employment, audience growth, investment, approvals, or other specific results.
Third-Party Charges
Products, rentals, travel, deposits, stylist fees, professional fees, manufacturing, shipping, advertising, and other outside costs are separate unless expressly included in writing.
