How quotes, approvals, invoices, service fees and outside costs are handled across Starrality Network.
Our Billing Standard
Before paid work begins, Starrality aims to present the applicable scope, pricing and next step for approval. A request may begin as complimentary, but it does not become a paid engagement unless a price or invoice is presented and payment or another clear form of authorization is received.
Submitting a form, asking a question or receiving an initial response does not by itself authorize a payment. Any paid work will be identified before it begins.
How Payment Works
The written quote, invoice, checkout page or service agreement for your request contains the specific commercial terms and controls if it differs from this general policy.
Quotes reflect the information and scope available when prepared. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is not a guarantee of availability and may expire or require revision if timing, scope, supplier pricing or outside availability changes.
Payment, written acceptance or another expressly agreed action may constitute approval to begin the identified work.
Invoices are due by the date shown. Starrality may wait to begin, reserve capacity, release work, make a booking or place an order until the required payment has cleared.
A receipt or payment confirmation will be provided through the applicable checkout or billing channel.
If a request changes materially, Starrality may provide a revised quote, additional invoice or change authorization. We will seek approval before proceeding with additional paid work that falls outside the approved scope.
Larger projects may be billed by deposit, phase, milestone, retainer or scheduled installment. Each payment becomes due as stated in the proposal or invoice. Pausing or cancelling a project does not erase amounts already earned or costs already committed.
Starrality Fees
Starrality fees may cover strategy, research, sourcing, outreach, negotiation, coordination, creative work, development, specialist time or another approved service. The quote or invoice will identify the work being purchased.
Outside Costs
Supplier orders, samples, production, shipping, customs, travel, accommodations, tickets, venues, reservations, transportation, specialist charges, taxes and other third-party costs are separate unless the written quote expressly says they are included.
Important Details
Outside prices, availability and terms are controlled by the provider and may change until confirmed or paid. Starrality may present or coordinate those costs but does not guarantee that an unconfirmed outside price will remain available.
Applicable taxes, government charges, shipping, duties, customs and similar charges may be added or collected separately where permitted. Known required amounts will be disclosed before payment when they can be calculated.
Unless stated otherwise, Starrality invoices are presented in U.S. dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates or international transaction charges that Starrality does not control.
Available payment methods appear at checkout or on the invoice. Payments may be processed by established payment providers, and use of their services may also be subject to their terms and privacy practices.
If a payment is declined, reversed or overdue, Starrality may pause work, withhold delivery, release reserved capacity or decline to make further commitments until the account is brought current.
Approved credits or billing adjustments apply only as stated and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refunds & Cancellations policy and the terms confirmed for the request.
Starrality will not enroll a client in recurring billing without clearly presenting the frequency, amount or method of calculation, and cancellation terms and obtaining authorization. Recurring services may be cancelled as stated in the applicable agreement.
A complimentary request has no request fee. If the request later requires a paid Starrality service, third-party purchase or booking, those charges will be presented for approval before the paid step begins.
Authorization & Security
You are responsible for using a payment method you are authorized to use and for providing accurate billing information. Starrality does not ask clients to send complete card details through ordinary email or direct message. If suspicious payment instructions appear to come from us, verify them through an established Starrality contact before paying.
Billing Questions & Errors
If you do not recognize a charge or believe an invoice is incorrect, contact Starrality promptly so we can review the account and try to resolve the issue. This does not limit any rights you may have through your payment provider or applicable law.
