If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. ---  Working Together A successful partnership depends on timely communication and collaboration. Upon full payment, ownership of the final project deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you unless otherwise stated in writing. Starrality Network retains ownership of its proprietary software, AI systems, frameworks, methodologies, templates, internal processes, and technologies used to deliver our services. ---  Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starrality Network will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or loss of data arising from your use of our services.
